Returns/ Refunds

Nouvelle Nouveau is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. It is the customer's responsibility to manage shipment delivery. Please arrange for your carrier to hold your package until you can pick it up if you will not be home during delivery. We will no longer replace deliveries that are lost or stolen once the USPS marks your items as "delivered".


Exchanges

You may make an exchange if:
  1. Your product leaked out of its container upon delivery.
  2. The product is returned 5-7 days after the shipping date.
